Seasoning and ingredients aside, like any noodles the ‘wok hei’ is one of the most important aspects especially in Chinese style Char Koay Teow and Malay style Char Koay Teow is no exception either.Still located at the same road as Adam Char Koay Teow but nearer to Uitm Permatang Pauh.They also selling western food as well.
