Key's Char Koay Teow Permatang Pauh

Char Koay Teow is known for its minimal amount but at Key’s the portion was surprisingly satisfying even at the smallest order at RM3 only. Seasoning and ingredients aside, like any noodles the ‘wok hei’ is one of the most important aspects especially in Chinese style Char Koay Teow and Malay style Char Koay Teow is no exception either.Still located at the same road as Adam Char Koay Teow but nearer to Uitm Permatang Pauh.They also selling western food as well.

Different name,same taste.Its near Komtar and trust me,better if we have 'ais tingkap' in middle of the afternoon the Ais Tingkap would make us cool.Hehe.Try it for yourself,the location is near Chowrasta market only.

Hye guys..still nasi with nasi kandar for todays entry..its because Penang , Georgetown mostly are full of authentis nasi kandar outlet and the taste are very original..compare to nasi kandar in other places..Here you dont have to que for your nasi kandar..they will serve you...they dont mix all the curry / gravy in your plate..they will put in other plate so you can choose if you like your rice to be full of curry / gravy or not..hehe..The best gravy here is rose chicken gravy..try it..then you'll know it...chow!!!

I start with Line Clear nasi Kandar,located in heart of Georgetown.The name Line Clear came out long time ago when they start the bussiness here in Penang..The shop was initially called Kedai Lorong or Kedai Seeni. It was only in the past few decades that it has become known as "Line Clear". The term was a way to attract customers who passed by the alleyway where the stall is located. It refers to the fact the queue had been cleared or was clearing fast. [At nasi kandar stalls, customers queue up to be served. At popular ones, queues can be 30 to 40 long, snaking out from the stall onto walkways beside busy streets]. ..Its my old time favourite ...5 years back..it was the time when i went here almost everyday for supper with my friend...Roti canai,Roti cheese , mayonese and egg...hermmthis three combination would make you comeback again for them...Their hot fried chicken also available almost all the time...24 hour operated restaurant...For you that want cleanliness,hurmm this is not the place..not so clean.. you can see sometime rats are crawling all over the floor..but sometime only..hehe..but once you put their food in your mouth,you will forget about all those 'things'...CHILL!!!
